Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “PARTIES.”
WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL is the lawful owner of certain real property located in the City/Municipality of [City/Municipality], Province of [Province], Philippines, described as follows:

1. Appointment

2. Exclusive Right to Sell
For the duration of this Agreement, the AUTHORIZED AGENT shall exclusively have the right to market and sell the property. The PRINCIPAL agrees not to appoint other agents or attempt to sell the property directly during the term of this Agreement.
3. Duties and Obligations of the AUTHORIZED AGENT
The AUTHORIZED AGENT agrees to:
a. Use best efforts to market, promote, and sell the property.
b. Provide accurate property information and arrange viewings for interested buyers.
c. Promptly notify the PRINCIPAL of any inquiries, offers, or developments.
d. Refrain from any actions that may harm the PRINCIPAL’s interests or reputation.
