AUTHORITY TO SELL WITH NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL AGREEMENT

(Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “PARTIES”.)

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL is the lawful owner of certain real property situated in the City/Municipality of [City/Municipality], Province of [Province], Philippines, described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the PARTIES agree as follows:


1. Appointment

The PRINCIPAL hereby appoints the AUTHORIZED AGENT with the non-exclusive right to offer, negotiate, and secure potential buyers for the property.

2. Non-Exclusive Right to Sell

The AUTHORIZED AGENT shall have a non-exclusive right to market and sell the property during the term of this Agreement. The PRINCIPAL retains the right to appoint other agents or personally sell the property during this period.

3. Duties and Obligations of the AUTHORIZED AGENT

The AUTHORIZED AGENT shall:

a. Use best efforts to market and promote the property.
b. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to interested buyers and facilitate property viewings.
c. Promptly inform the PRINCIPAL of any inquiries, offers, or developments.
d. Avoid any activities or actions that may harm the PRINCIPAL’s interests or reputation.

4. Compensation

The AUTHORIZED AGENT shall be entitled to a commission based on the successful sale of the property. The commission rate and payment terms shall be agreed upon separately in writing and form an integral part of this Agreement.

5. Duration

This Agreement shall remain in effect for [Duration in months or years] from the date of execution, unless terminated earlier by written notice from either PARTY.

6. Termination
